С одного айпи могут заходить и легиты и боты если провайдер имеет внутреннюю сеть .Банить всех на основании только совпадения айпи никто не будет

Есть простой пример котроый подтверждает это. Спамеры в городах которые были не так давно, их банили поочередно, не всех сразу. Если бы спамеров убивали по IP или HWID то Иннова еще ранее могла бороться успешно со спамом.

PS Хотя, возможно они могут проверить всех сидящих на этом адресе и побанить по факту. Если это число будет высокое, например 100-200+ в игре с этого адреса, может и забьют проверять, а если десяток то проверят, Имхо...
