Тут описываем возникающие в ходе работы проблемы. Также прежде чем задавать вопрос убедитесь что он уже не описан в FAQ или в описании самой программы.


При описании своей проблемы не забываем указывать вашу ОС, ее разрядность, версию программы, какие опции в программе активировали, подробное описание проблемы и, когда это необходимо, скриншот проблемы, а лучше по такой форме:

1. ОС, ее разрядность (х32 или х64)
2. Антивирус/фаервол
3. Выбранные в программе опции(галочки) и версию программы
4. Игра с которой проблемы (типа аион руофф, ла2 руофф)
5. Само описание проблемы, скриншоты и т.д.
6. Пропадает ли значек фроста из трея и присутсвует ли кровь и жук без головы на синией заставки фроста

Также перед использованием программы крайне рекомендуется проверить работоспособность игры без использования различных вспомогательных программ.
